Corporate Account Manager

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about a career in sales and at the same time desires to contribute to a better planet. This is a hunter position where you need to be focused on new business development and will be responsible for representing our solutions to potential clients, mostly corporates and BU-level in the chemical, pharma and food industry. While working in an entrepreneurial environment, you will be challenged with proactively searching for leads and generating sales to help continue to develop this fast-growing organization. You will be part of a smart and flexible team that promotes innovative thought and idea sharing to continuously improve their own way of working as well as that of their customers.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prospect for senior HSE & continuous improvement executives within the chemical, food and pharma industry
  • Present sophisticated best practices, implementation services and supporting software solutions
  • Inspire prospects to start working with iB&X
  • Maintain a working knowledge of iB&X’s solutions, special sales programs and marketing efforts within the sales team
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from cold calling prospects to closing and negotiating contracts

Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies 

  • Driven, passionate and result oriented
  • Business to business sales experience, preferably in the industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets: quota based performance history with respect to revenue proof of quota achievement
  • Must have a strong cold-calling/prospecting background
  • Experience in SaaS sales
  • Knowhow of & experience with HSE processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to quickly learn technical content in nature and be able to explain and communicate value proposition effectively
  • Must be a hard worker that can hit the ground running
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Education / Certifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a must
